One of the first news stories I saw a segment on was about a guy who wound up getting killed during a psychotic episode attributed to the drug. I'd previously heard about weird dreams, etc. I then read that multiple sclerosis was actually listed as a potential side effect!

However, this was apparently not in the original literature and all doctors had not received updated information. I still find it strange since the cause of MS is largely unknown, how it could possibly be a "side effect" but I concluded that it's possible that it's capable of causing neurological disturbances. I found all of this disturbing enough to throw out my prescription and also call Pfizer to register a complaint regarding failure to update their disclosure to the medical field.
That said, a lot of people (including some with MS) have had success with the drug and no problems. I just didn't want to chance it and again, I was pretty ****** off that my doctor was obviously not aware of MS being referenced in the literature.
