My periods were always on time and heavy the first couple of days. I started perimenopause at 31 and ever since, it's not heavy the first day and it's done in 3,4 days max. I feel for anyone who has to deal with a lot of pain with their period. I can't imagine. I just want to get to menopause already and be done with the whole thing! LOL
