hi shelly, Unfortunately you still have to look at the carbs, those fudgebars have carbs if remember right even though they are "sugar free".
they are good! 
remeber the crystal light margarita that I made before....lime juice, cyrstal light rasberry lemonade, and a shot was mighty fine.
Is that allowed on the first 2 weeks...have you made it through that phase?
