Well, I updated on the thread I started in ye olde "stumble inn", but wanted to let you know that things seemed to go ok for the stress test.

Walking wise, I was having a good day, so managed to do the treadmill instead of the medicine to get my heartrate up. They think I'm gonna be fine, but it's up to what the results show. I'll find out next week.

Did crash big time when I came home. Closed my eyes to sunlight, and woke up to darkness, LOL. Still tired and kinda loopy, but so far so good.
