Well, I'm not happy with myself at all. I've gained about 7 lbs in about 5 days and it ain't water weight. I'm so emotionally stressed out that I am gorging myself with food. How many pints of Haagen Daas have I had this week? How much fast food have I eaten this week? You don't want to know...

This really isn't helping my poor self-image lately and I'm not just talking about my body...
