Dearest Friend,
Everyone has pretty much summed up what I believe as well..
I just wanted to offer my support in whatever way I can.
You know, there are perfectly healthy women out there who would not be able to handle raising teenagers, caring for an ill spouse, helping adult kids when needed, and working. None of us are super human. Take the time to care for yourself, and all else will work itself out.  and best wishes!
