I noticed years ago that when someone from my real life makes a med suggestion it is because they themselves have been on that med.
This colleague and I had a short chat a week or two ago. Somehow I asked him about Ambien and he said that he had tried it for awhile but it didn't help him sleep
all night.
I didn't feel free enough to talk more about his issues. He did mention that in his case exercise early in the day seemed to make sleep worse and not better.
It seems like a few of us at work might not be getting enough sleep. I wonder what is going on.
