Had a sandwich with 1oz of pepper jack cheese and 2.5 oz of turkey pastrami on high fiber diet bread with way too much spicy mustard it gave me brain freeze big time...wow! It was really good though!!!!
I bought some kashi go lean high fiber cereal at the store. Am going to have to start eating breakfast again.
Bought some veggies and threw out the dense bread...now if I could jsut throw out all of the chocolate....
