I have been getting an additional 5-6 hours of sleep each day on the weekend but it just never seems to be enough.

I have talked with my doctor about this just once so far and he said that most of my medications cause drowsiness (naturally). So, I can decrease dosage if I want to. Well, I'm on what helps the most with the pain. I'm on Neurontin, Baclofen, something for inflammation, Tramadol and Celexa - also pain patches. I decreased the amount of Baclofen, but didn't help in the least.

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas of what to do for horrible fatigue.

Thanks.

I just stared taking CoQ10 and it seams to be helping me. I have REALLY bad afternoon fatigue so I take the CoQ10 in the AM and again around 1pm (the fatigue was hitting me around 2-3pm).
