Default Nobody here but us chickens

I hope that the irony is appreciated considering just how much self experimenting has gone on in this forum.

But, seriously, you should know as much as possible about what you are doing and not from advertisements. That is true whether it is some health store cure all or an ad in Oprah. And be aware that no matter how much you study things can go wrong. There is no way to avoid risk. But you can minimize it.

Like any alternative techniques discussed on NeuroTalk (holistic, vitamins, etc.), people should be very careful and not engage in any unproven treatment without first consulting their own physician.
