The Multiple Sclerosis Diet by Dr Roy Laver Swank.

When I get down, it's one of the most hopeful books I can read. I look at his very long term study and see that his patients did great and did not become disabled over a period of 30+ years. That's the kind of stuff I need to see.

I also really like George Jelenik's book "Taking Control of MS" - it's got personal stuff (he's a doc with MS) as well as diet info.
