That's exactly what happened to me. It worked in the beginning, then stopped working. I had to keep upping the dose. So I went back to Klonopin. It works a whole lot better and you can play with the dose...up and down with no problems. And you can take it at will...no tapering or titrating.

And it doesn't have the same side effects as Requip...you know like gambling and sexual side effects!
