I know you are all right, but taking advice is so much harder when it's about yourself. I just have had so much on my mind lately besides my back pain.

My DD has been ill and my oldest brother is having a biopsy. It's just been a rough winter. So many emotions and I feel drained. I do appreciate every one that responds to my plea. You do know that you are all such kewl people, don't ya???
