No weight problems for me yet...although I'm premenopause and have gone from a size 0/2 to a 2/4. One day I was looking at myself in the mirror and there was all this extra stuff on my midsection You know that saying if you can pinch an inch. It is a real problem for me though because I really have a hard time exercising. Oh well, that is life. I did start on some hormone replacement and hope it will help with the increased pain I have been having. The estrogen that my gyno gave me is a very low dose so I will see. Sleeping at night or should I say the lack of sleep is killing me. I'm so afraid to take anything more then my methadone at night, I want to wake up in the a.m.

You are correct though extra weight can cause increased problems for us with our back, knees and hips... Of course it usually is seen as we age

Right now I'm looking at buying a pilates reformer to help my back and of course address that extra weight I have put on. The reformer is great to work out on. Before RSD I always worked out and feel like a slug now.

Must finish up what I started so I can get ready for bed. I'm taking a little break here...if I don't get back up soon I won't get up at all. Have a good evening Ada and Debbie. Talk with you soon. Hugs, Jewells
