You're welcome, Wayne.

All it takes is walking slightly off kilter to cause knee and joint pain. The other thing to check to is your shoes or sneakers. Make sure you have a good heel and sole on them. If they are slightly worn so that your foot twists in, this can definitely cause knee and hip problems - been there and done that. The other thing too is poor shoes like this can lead to falls, as I've found out too. Since I've replaced my shoes, my knees feel better and I don't fall as much.
