home equipment can take up a lot of room. the tony little gazzelle works great and stores away easy. but once you put it away. out of site..out of mind.

had my fiber one yoplait yogurt and my coffee. plus my water. i'm parched today. didn't do as good as i could have yesterday. still fighting off the after effects of a migraine. i will do better today!!

i have been keeping a very detailed food diary. major help. not just writing down what i eat...but really looking at the nutritional values. it's not worth eating if it doesn't do your body good.
