Ok, back to food! Breakfast was 2 pieces of turkey bacon and2 poached eggs and v8 juice.

Lunch was turkey slices rolled up in lettuce leaves and three celery stalks stuffed with low fat laughing cow cheese.

Mr.Alffe has discovered that he really likes the sugar free fudgesyckles that come in my s.free popcycles box....good on him. *grin That's his dessert after eating pizza, or having popcorn....did I mention that he isn't dieting.
