lunch....open face veggie sandwich on whole wheat bread that has flax seed. i spread low fat cream cheese...layer all kinds of thiny sliced raw veggies. crunchy...chewy..takes time to eat. very satisfying. had a handful of nuts. almonds..walnuts and pecan's. not salted..ones i use for baking. and big ole glass of iced tea.
we had snow last night....now it's in the 50's to low 60's today.
