Oh yeah...he needs to be disciplined... I wonder if he's a Marine serving on a Navy ship? Maybe they can get him to walk the plank...or scrub the flight deck with his toothbrush...maybe he can go clean the nuclear reactors...without a hazmat suit?

He really needs to have some sort of jail time, or a huge fine, lose his rank, benefits, and I think, if the puppy was in Iraq...maybe he should publically apologize to all the dog lovers in Iraq??
