thank you for reaching out...all of your messages are so helpful to me-got a spinal tap yesterday...saw the ms walkathon commercial on the news...tivo'd it and played it for him and now we're going to sign up to do it...i used to walk in elementary school...ours is 8 miles...sounds like a lot but we will try!
