don't give up choccy 100%. it NEVER works.
but there are good alternatives.
a cup of sugar free hot chocolate. one of the hard choccy candies. they are low if not fat free. put the snack size candy bars in the freezer. like snickers. eat just 1. they are hard and chewy...take awhile to eat.
