Hello there i am very new here i was just letting you kno that when its that time for me the RSD pain gets much worse. they say that when anything happens to your body it affects the RSD and i belive that when you get the cramps and bloating and uncomfortableness (sp?) it has an affect on the RSD pain and it makes it worse, Hope that i may have helped a lil. *~STACIE~*
