Hi Tracy,
Welcome to the forum! I started having seizures when I was 10 yrs. old and I'm 45 now. My sz. increased in my later 30's and I found out it was all do to hormones changing in my body and this could be the reason why you're having more sz. In regards to headaches that is related to having epilepsy just like depression is. I've found I have more headaches when the weather gets bad and there's a low pressure. The depression can also be part of the epilepsy and the area of the brain that's causing a persons sz. also the sz. meds (AED's) a person takes can cause depression for some people.
You might want to consider having a drug level blood test done along with a CBC (complete blood count) if your drug level is to high this could be causing your dizziness and headaches.
Here's wishing you the best of luck and May God Bless You!
Sue
