Hello and Welcome to NeuroTalk. When your'e going to bed, I'm usually getting up to go to the bathroom. Have you tried upping your bedtime by trying an hr at a time, so head to bed at 2pm and see how that works? Then, keep adjusting it.
Or, are you just a night owl? I can barely make it past 10pm.
I also loved your alarm clock battle. I keep banging my snooze too, and it goes back off in 3 mins. Why I torture myself, I don't know..
