Wink help me read an MRI of lumbar spine

hi just wondering if someone could help me read my MRI i am trying to compare it with another one i have. about 4 years ago i had an auto accident and herniated the disc at L5-S1 they did a hemilaminectomy but i just fell and tore something in my knee and also have sever pain back down my left leg so here is what the MRI says.
TECHNIQUE:
PRECONTRAST: sagittal T1 FLAIR,FSE;axial FSE from L3 through S1 with additional slices through the disc spaces from T11 through L3

POSTCONTRAST;sagittal T1 FLAIR,axial FSE 500/21 with 2.5 cc of gadolinium administered
FINDINGS:The conus appears at the L1 position. There is no visualized cord compression. There is some global loss of disc signal with scattered Schmorl's nodes. There is loss of disc height and signal at L5-S1 compatible with degenerative change.

T11-L1:There is no significant disc bulge or herniation. there is no central canal, subarticular or formaminal zone stenosis

L1-L4:There is minimal disc bulging. There is mild posterior element spondylosis. There is no central canal, subarticular or foraminal zone stenosis.

L4-L5:There is minimal disc bulging. There is mild posterior element spondylosis. There is no cental canal, subarticular or foraminal zone stenosis.

L5-S1:There is a left L5 hemilaminotomy. There is minimal enhancing epidural scar. there is no significant central canal, subarticular or foraminal zone stenosis.

IMPRESSION: DISC BULGING. fACET ARTHROPATHY. DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE. POSTOPERATIVE CHANGES. NO EVIDENCE OF HERNIATION OR CORD COMPRESSION. NO SIGNIFICANT INTERVAL CHANGE.

OK there it is can someone please help me understand this and i am also wondering if my falling down has at all my my back worse then it was

thank you
