I have a Roll on lavendar cyrofreeze like BioFreeze, I love, but the first week I got it when I got out of the shower....I picked it up instead of my roll on deodorant 
I do love buddies, Gee my 76 year old grandma did not have a closet of needs and equipment like I do 
Hope the pins and needles calm down soon,
