WHich nut bread recipe are you refering too?
I took out my Bette Hagman Bread book and I'm concerned that the starch requirement would make it not safe for her to eat. Garbanzo bean flour with millet is fine, but what about the starch?
I'm also looking at subbing the sugar, so it might not turn out as desired. Millet and garbanzo are bitter flours, without sugar they are really hard to swallow.
