Now I screwed up my shoulder trying to reach to the back seat from the front with seat belt on - dumb move - 2 months of PT for that combined with more PT for walking - at the end maybe I'll be able to walk without kicking myself and raise my arm over my head -what a wonderful way to end this endless winter !!
