I have had sudden hearing loss in my left ear off and on for several years along with ringing, headaches on the left side and facial pain. The hearing loss has lasted any where from days to weeks before improving, but the ringing is constant.
I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease a year ago. I was told to watch my salt intake and cut the caffeine to lessen fluid buildup. Sometimes diuretics may help, but if it was really bad I could take steroids to help shorten the duration.
I hope you see some improvement soon.
