Hey Joe all good idea's for a fast fix,and I still use some..If I could still get
in a tub with Dr. Johnsons's foo soap boy that helps itching feet,burning,
temp,or emson salt..Showers witch is what I can do burn my hands and feet.
My body strength is weak so no tub.I do soak then in big pan if I have
help.

On Monday if your a Diabectic please call that Dr. or your neuro..Please if your not check your blood surger,if overweigh please try and lose it.
