Hi Stacie, Welcome to the forum, I am new here too. I have been dealing with RSD for four years now. I was injured on Mother's Day by falling through my deck. Right now I am in a huge flareup and I am trying all the tricks I know and nothing is happening to reverse it right now. I have a trip to the Pain Dr. scheduled for Thurs.this week. I also just found out I have degeneraive disc disease in the lumbar region of my back...wondering if my RSD is spreading. That is my feeling.
