since the desk is a given, height-wise... and not much I can DO about it, short of a skillsaw...



I fiddled around with my chair height, until I found a height that works to keep my arms relaxed and comfortable while keyboard-commando-ing.

unfortunately, since I'm 5' 2" that leaves my FEET not quite reaching the floor.

solved the problem with a padded footrest, and VOILA !!

getting a LOT less calf spazzin' goin' on now.

experiment... until you find what works, and keeps you comfy, Yabbit.
