Yes, I did see that and have read about it on AOL also.

It's something I have always wondered about, particularly when I try to decide what to do with old drugs.

I can't think of any safe way to dispose of them????

Almost everyone has a drug that they couldn't finish due to problems with taking it or maybe having it changed to another dosage or type. So...what does one do with the remaining pills?

There is almost no way to keep them out of the environment. Frankly I do not trust that there is a safe solution by taking them to a landfill. What do they do with them?

I've often wondered it burning them releases residue into the environment. Seems like this would still be the safest solution.

I've looked for sites on-line for help to this problem, but there is no real answer.
