You are the second one today to say the words body cast. I fell in a huge amount of white snow, perfect for making snowballs etc. The worst thing was getting snow in my mittens.
I should be hollered at for thinking I had the skills to shovel. As my hands and arm are still po'ed at me today.
I just hate feeling like I'm not contributing.
Even my Dad has been shoveling and it's been nearly 2 months since his hip replacement.
I know get over it.

P.S. this summer I plan on floating in the pool in the backyard, with oodles of sunblock all over.
