Sorry your in so much pain. I would request a new chair if your on the job. If not, seriously consider a new chair at home. They can be quite pricey but when it comes to your comfort your employer should make reasonable accommodations for you.

Also, how much Baclofen are you taking? It may be time to either up the dosage or change medications as Cindy stated. My hubby takes 90mgs a day of Baclofen (30mgs three times a day).
