Yup, I've got some spasticity in hands as well. My thumb on my left hand tends to draw in toward the palm, and my right hand curls up when I'm asleep. I use my hands for painting, typing, mousing, etc. all the time, so I'm not sure how much more I could do to keep them from cramping. I do know that if they're tired, the spasticity is worse.
