Ice, elvevation, and rest. Take care of that ankle or you end up like me!!

Went to the doc today for my ankles which are collapsing on me with no warning. Two face plants last Friday! 10 years of repeated strains and sprains may have caused some damage. She scolded me for not getting my sprains treated - she said she now recommends an air cast. Good news is that I get an MRI of it and a couple of consults with PT. All I want is my range of motion and stability back so I can run again.

Feeling much more relaxed about our upcoming overseas move. I think I found the perfect place for our monsters to stay when we get there until we get into housing. They'll be happy and ok, and I won't feel guilty. Big sigh of relief.

Also found out that it looks like I may have plenty of work while I'm there. My company has a big job and it looks like I could be the founding member of their Italy office...I'm happy, but at the same time - there goes my 3 year vacation.

Got all my other doc visits scheduled and I'll be heading to the OB soon to see about having a child. Huge step for me. Terrifying, but at the same time, it's nice to take a step forward instead of sitting around worrying about it...

That's about it for today. I've done no work - just surfed the net all day.
