Wiix, the book wasn't addressing those types of fears. Fears that are real and reality-based are there for a reason. Like for our survival. It is talking about fears like meeting new people or getting a job or just plain facing the things that keep us from living a full life.
You'd have to read the book to understand. I remember when this book first came out years ago, I didn't understand or agree with the premise of feel the fear and do it anyway either. But now that I have read the book there is a lot of psychological truths in it based on real life and real people. And the five things above sums it up, in my mind.
