are you taking omega 3's?

drinking enough water?

are they dry year round?

enquiring monkeys want to know.

omega's will help. they even help those rough feet, knees and elbows. my heals used to crack. not anymore. smooth and soft now.

drinking plenty of fluid helps. caffiene drinks dehydrate. eating salty foods will dry your lips. tend to make you lick them too. that itself can cause cracking.

if it's just this time of year..getting a cool mist humidifyer to add moisture to the air.

btw...i lick my lips when i am doing projects..like painting...sewing..crocheting..anything that i have to consentrate. if i wear lipstick..i don't lick or stick my tongue out. crazy huh?
