I is back from that scary place


I felt like I was in another world. It went over 60 today. Then within 2 hrs.
it went down to 42.

Didn't sleep well last night. For the past week actually. The pains have
been waking me up in the middle of the night. The body stiffens bad and
my hands have been going numb.

When I wake and start to stretch the muscles Boy does it hurt I can cry.
I have been taking the med. when I am able meaning enough hours have
gone by since I last took one.

Have an appointment next week with dr. It's never been this bad.
I also have fibro. put this together with the ms and it makes a great bomb.

My friend took me out for the day. It helped taking mind off of it. The
walking was not so great. Came home and relaxed. We watched a video
"Passion of the Christ" and had some tea.
