be careful you don't hurt yourself billie! it's hard to not keep doing and doing when stuff has to get done.

i'm in texas and we are finally getting a lttle break from the heat. yeppers ice cream helps. i started buying ice cream bars. that way i eat only 1 and know how many calories. otherwise i eat a big bowl full.

i'm drinking water water today. only 1 cup of coffee...and a regular size cup. hehehe..i do have a few of those giant cups.
