Frown Does your pain get worse with movement?

Hello,
I am new here and looking for a diagnosis. I guess you guys probably get these posts on the time. It started with bad pain in my spine. Then a couple months later I started getting numbness in my hands and they started to not move right. Just most recently I started getting numbness in the top of one thigh. My back does not hurt too bad when I wake up in the morning. But, any movement of the spine, or most movements of my arms (as the muscles attach there) causes the pain to get worse until I am in tears if I ever try to do much. Could this be MS? Or are the pains that are caused by MS constant throughout the day?

Thanks for your help.
Sad, scared and in a lot of pain.
