I have been catching up on reading here and did an earlier reply on SoS
how much flaxseed oil were you and Nina taking??? and also, if you have been ill too, could there possibly have been anything toxic in the cottage cheese, ie could it have gotten contaminated or gone "off".
I am not sure of the "mix" you were making but the two ingredients in normal doses wouldnt usually make one ill, unless contaminated or a possible intolerance buildup.
