Hi Dorrie!

I'm doing great, thanks! I don't know why everyone is so afraid of insulin. It's really easier in many respects, because it's most like your own bodies insulin and has no bad side effects like the oral stuff. When your injecting, the needles are so small (1/4" and as thin as a hair) that you don't even feel the needle go in. The hard part is if you have to inject a lot, like I was before getting my pump. A heavy injection schedule restricts spontaniety in your life because you have to be on a schedule with eating and injections. Unlike myself, most diabetics only have to inject once or twice a day, mornings and evenings. That's a breeze, really!
