I would bet she gets over her fear quickly. Do you take her on a leash? That may make her feel more secure - she feels your leadership, your calmness, through the leash.

Rudy has fear issues. But put a leash on and he is totally calm, submissive, and you can take him anywhere.

I've had him to the park, the lake, in the car - even the vet. He froths at the mouth when he gets in the car, because he always think "They're going to abandon me!"

I assure him "We are going for a ride, we're going (wherever) and then we're going home." And I kind of pixture in my head the whole trip, him having so much fun right beside me.

In minutes he is totally relaxed, seems to know I'm in control and he has nothing to worry about.

The more we do these outings, the less upset he gets and the less time it takes him to calm himself.

Good luck with Bruna! And more pix! Give her hugs for me.
