I'd be worried also.
Remind them of your concerns, and take the benadryl.
They do take the possibility of allergic reactions quite seriously so I would expect that they'll have, at hand, all that is needed to counter a reaction, and quickly.
Tests are bad enough, extra worries....grrrrr.
