Hi Pono thanks for the link. This issue came up when I wrote up a personal assessment on the symptoms I'm dealing with in regards to Tbi/PCS.

I've been using a sleep aid my PCP prescribed for about 3 months now and it is helping as I'm not waking up at 3:00 am, but it is not a natural sleep and I'm still dealing with the fatigue issue during the day, but it is a lot better then waking up every 2 hours and then sleeping for 2 hours.

I've also been using the 5-HTP for about a month now and it does seemed to be helping with the mental alertness and clarity.

Sissy has been doing some research in regards to muscle tension in the head and neck, as well as doing light work outs in the swimming pool. I really think Message therapy is part of the solution in regards to muscle tension and bringing the body /mind back to a natural state or relaxation.

Good to see you writing Pono I think this is part of the healing process.

Making some progress and becoming more focused.

Hope you are doing better.
