Mine is not just for neuro but for docs in general

Bad When the neuro orders a test and I call the office and none of the staff knows what it entails.
Bad The neuro does not have your chart when he calls you and takes guesses.
Bad to refer me to places that he has no clue what they offer like pain clinics
Bad ones that don't return calls or call in prescriptions in a timly manner
Bad Ones that don't have written reports in timly manner
Bad Ones that touch you when you say NO in a pain area and it send you into horrid pain for weeks after.
Bad ones that don't listen and talk down to you
Bad ones that don't go out of their box and look into maybe instead of blowing you off
Bad The office staff is rude and clueless
Bad Tell you that you won't get better
Bad does not look at your records
This is a big one for me but pushes me off to other docs not always cause needed but because I am a hard case like many here and they don't want to deal with me

Good Ones who listen, call back, make you feel heard and address your concerns, that give suggestions and help you remain hopeful.
Good is when the doc calls you themself. Oh that is very good!
Good looks at your records
Explains what is going on and the course that may be taken or what to expect
Offers suggestions rather then having to ask for things which until this forum I had no clue.
Adequate pain control
Spends time
