displaying animation on webpages
Recently upgraded to IE7. This may be unrelated, but I'm not getting any animation from animated avatars. My brain is no longer bubbling! 
Played around with Advanced Internet Options, and finally got TheWeatherChannel's radar to display in motion (I'm a TWC junkie). I say the avatar thing may be unrelated because I lost TWC's motion long before I got the IE7.
Whoever tries to explain the fix to me, please have mercy, cuz I'm computer-challenged.
