I understand Dorrie. I feel selfconcious too. Lets work on it together with Billie. She has been such an inspiration. You need to do it for little Saffire.
I started the cinnamon this week. It really does help with the food and suagr cravings. You can probably order it on line or get it at walmart or whole foods. I got mine at Whole Foods called Cinnaforce. They are tiny little things but pack a whallop. I take my metformin at the start of a meal and the cinnamon at the end.
We need to start eating sensible and smaller portions. Like for breakfast I have been having egg whites and fruit. Lean chicken for lunch. I have low fat mozzarella cheese sticks and some almonds as a snakc or some lean turkey slices. I am trying to follow the 40% protein, 30 fat 30 carbs (good carbs rule with eat meal.
Next I have to work in some exercise. Maybe you can help motivate me to do that.
I know you can do it. But please promise to never ever take me camping!
